Airtel DTH
No connection or communication after 48hrs of payment

I have purchased AIRTEL DTH connection on Sept 19 through online with assistance from Lalit goswami (911204087656) - vriti-interactive.com agent lalit.g@vriti-interactive.com

My order id is 3964525 i have paid online if needed i can give you the transaction id from citibank

I am informed that AirTel representative would be calling me soon and the CUSTOMER ID would be communicated through mail.

But there has been no communication from AIRTEL till now.

On suspicion, I tried googling with " AirtelDTH ConnectIndia" and was surprised to see that many have reported Fraud dealing with DTH packages very similar to my case.

Now I am more worried as the person who sold me this online is not answered mail/call and I have sent mail to the Airtel customer service division (121@airtelindia.com, DTH.NODALTN@in.airtel.com and airtelpresence@in.airtel.com), but no response till now.

I didnt expect this from AIRTEL.. Please take this complaint and also let me know when i will be getting my connection.
