Non installation

I Had booked a Digital DTH connection of Airtel from M/s. Vickrant Enterprise. Mumbai. Amount paid by cash Rs.1800/- on 24.10.2009.

Lodged complaint on 10.11.2009 for non installation and the person came said that he cannot do the connection.

Again spoke to Mr. Chetan their executive at Customer Care Service who said that he will forward my details and somebody will contact me within 24 hrs. But it is over a week nobody has contacted yet.
