POOR SERVICE

Dear Sir

My self rohit dhande, I am using Airtels service from nov.following are the problems i face in last 20 days

1) My Service gone down due to some techinical reason, Service Person was asking mony to solve the problem, he was ready to give recept fot yhe same.i took 3 days to solve problrm

2) though the problem was solve Airtel change my packge to economy pack, without any intimation, i have made a recharge for one year on 13 feb

2010 so my validity was 13 feb.but due to AIRTEL mistake i gone done to dec.now i have talk with coustemer care 20 times. Every time i get a Different complain number

I was thinkin to upgrade my set of box to HD set from Airtel.now it seams to be i have to find sone other service provider
