This is to inform you that MY AIRTEL DTH was not working. THEY HAVE CHAGED the instrument, but not activated. I have been trying to call in the customer service but no use. I have called them 4 times but no one seems to understand adn able to solve the issue.they were telling us that they will be arranging a call back but that also did not happen. The agony was when we called their servoce engineer he was so rude and was using abusing language.

the most saddest part is that I am getting an SMS satating that the compalint I have registered is sloved.

Request you to please adress this issue so that let not other comsumer face the problem.

I have lost RS 1000 with AIRTEL and another RS.6400 for taking another connection from another service provider.
