Regarding the problem with the DTH Services and equipment

I have bought a new Airtel DTH connection on 7 July. One day after another there has been some or the other problems. I am myself a doctor at AIIMS, New Delhi. I can not waste my time lodging complaints and waiting for the engineers to attend the probblems. One day there is problem of person not coming on time to attend the complaint and then the remote stops working. This is not the way that I had thought of working of BHARTI TELEMEDIA Limited. I Want to emphasize that I am feeling cheated and Harassed because of the services and the equipment being provided which goes worse within 10 days of buying. I have completely wasted my whole weekend looking into one problem or another. a very very bad experience.
