Not working

My name is sudeep my customer id is 3001501595.problem is that when iam switch on my dth they show it to me plz insert ur view card but my card is in the dth but within half an hour it is automatically working.i have launched severel complaints in the customer care but no proper response, they are not solving my problem.and its occurs around 2-3 month.plz help me iam suffering from this and iam really fadeup and from 2-3 days it is not working not switching on also plz help
