Cancellation of Airtel DTH

I had booked an Airtel DTH on 14/09 by calling 12148, but didnot get any respond from airtel people for installation after regular call to airtel DTH customer care.

So, I had raised an request on around 25/09 for cancellation of booking and refund of my money. But till date have not received the refund.

Please do the needful and refund my money back to my account at the earliest possible date or inform me about the concern department/person/customer care to whom I can approach for refund.
