Installation not done even after 3 months

Its has been 3 months that I have paid the money to Airtel DTH and so far even in Feb I dont have connection. Each time I send an email, I get a response saying that they will do something. They are so pathetic in service It is pity to see that they are still running business.

I have not even received my paid money.
