I am a user of Air Tel DTH.I am regularly using it from 6-7 months. But now it is not working properly. I had registered a complaint to Air Tel DTH Customer Care request no. 5407613 dated 13.02.2011.The customer care replied that our complaint would be attended at 5:26pm dated 13.2.2011.But our complaint was not attended till 5:30 pm 14.02.2011.So I again call at helpline. They responded that please contact 9779774840 if our case is not resolved. When I contacted the dealer he responded by saying that from where u purchased your Air Tel DTH. But he did not resolve our case. Then again I called to customer care and they responded by saying that our case would we finally resolved by 5:00 pm dated 15.02.2011.But instead of that I got the message that our case has been resolved. But no one came to our house to check the system and not even it is resolved. I am being exploited by the dealer and the company.
