Airtel DTH
Worst Service and Complaints not being resolved. Engineers are thief. DTH installed says "NOT FOR SALE"

I bought a Airtel DTH few days back. The engineer who came to install the DTH stolen my A/V wire. He took Rs. 170 as extra wire charges but did not provided me the bill saying "AIRTEL does not provide bill for extra wire".

In last few days, I have logged 3 -4 complaints and none of my complaint has been resolved.

No action has been taken against Engineers till date inspite of logging the complaint.

I asked to change the remote for my DTH as the present one is not working fine. Inspite of 2 complaints already being logged no action has been taken from past more than 10 days.
