Installation issue

I got the connection and registered with the customer care and was alloted CID 3007483058 and was promised that the installation will be done on 24 hour but 3 to 4 day i wait for your technisian when the installation was not done i contacted Customer Care and was told that the same will be installed on 24 hour and your technisian has come and not given proper response he told me i installed your instrument on your terrace other wise i can not install you dth instrument please help me i am fade up to take airtel digital tv other wise please give suggesttion to return your airtel dth.
