Setup box DVR Complaint

Sir,

My customer code is 3006573548.I am using ur DVR connection. I have lodge the Complaint no 6854566 on 11.04.11 regarding error code SM2.Before that ur person visited our home on 9th April for changing the anitina direction for ur new launched satellite but ur people are failed to set the same. Again ur person came for resolve this complaint on 13th April but again all ur person effort is gone in vain, ur person told me that problem in setupbox and it will to be replaced after we getting from company. Sir, Now i have got massage from ur company that above mentioned complaint has been resolved, now I unable to understand the issue that without resolving the complaint how u can send the massage.

I have also talk to ur person Mr. Anil on 0120 4251728 and 9990611321

I requesting please resolved my complaint by today or suggest us what we will do further.
