My Customer id #3007018058
15 days back i had connection problem SM2 which took 5 days to get a resolution.
Last time they promised that they will provide better service based on the feedback shared, but nothing seems to have changed.
Connection problems are back again, now i am getting B001 error from Sunday 17th April (3 days for now).
I keep calling the customer care center, till now no one has approached to rectify the problem.
They also gave me a happy code to share with the representative expected to come today 19th Apr but has not yet arrived.
Why is that you always make customers wait for days for getting a resolution on a problem. Its no fun waiting for days to get a problem rectified.
To get resolution on this problem one of us are staying back at home just waiting for the technician to arrive. How many days can we stay back like this without moving out of the house?
Looks like, every fort night Airtel DTH will keep customers unhappy with new problems and delay in resolving problems.
