Pathetic Service

Since past 4 days there is no signal for airtel dth. I have already complained thrice (7154170, 718339, 7216401). Everytime I call customer care, they raise a complain and cut the phone. No technician has visited till now..The customer care doesn't have any answer to this problem apart from raising a new complain. The local mobile number (9901978461) provided by the customer care is of no use. Nobody picks the cell even once.

I advise everybody not to buy airtel dth. I myself am going to dump this box and will check for some other alternative.
