Balance drained

Dear Airtel team,

After much consideration, I bought an airtel HD DVR for 3790rs. Man I had to beg the dealer for 4 days before I got it installed. After installation I got couple of msgs that my account has been recharged for more than 2k, but just after 3days the balance came to 5rs, I had to recharge again with 1k. My customer no is 3007704310. Can someone from airtel call me at 9841206769?
