Airtel digital error B001 not resolved

I lodged a complaint for Airtel DTH as I am not getting signal with error code B001, the weather is normal here, and it is not working from 2 days but they are asking to charge Rs.100 for visit. What the service they are providing, their service is not working and they are charging to resolve their service issues. I got the message that the problem has been resolved but it is not yet resolved. I will change my DTH service and never recommend Airtel from now to anyone if my problem is not resolved, My contact no is 9646163516.

I also called on the number (9779735516) I got in message from Airtel but no is picking up the call. WORST SERVICE!!! DISAPPOINTED!!!
