Airtel DTH
Installation not done

I had paid an amount of Rs.1540/= for South Mega pack on 2/9 thru Vriti Infocom (no22108) and I was promised that the installation will be done on 4/9. But till date no one came to install the DTH connection. I had made several phone calls and had sent several emails but they did not respond to any. Please arrange to return the money so that I can go for some other connection.
