View card & replaced set top box not paired Error no 14

Dear Sir
I have done number of complaint against error no Code 14 while uses of Air tell DTH cable network due to replaced set top box & old view card not paired, till last 7 Days I am complaining to Air tell customer care against this but nobody looking after as well as attending the issue. Latest complaint no to Air Tel is 11943788 & my customer ID is 3001063441.Please look into this & resolve issue asap.
