Airtel DTH
No installation after 3 days

Hello,
Airtel DTH has been utterly frustrating from day 1 even before installation. I have booked a HD connection with an ultra pack. But 3 days passed and no body even called me for installation. My customer ID is 3009991602. And to my shock airtel DTH customer care (12148) has the most unprofessional people sitting and listening your complains. They keep on disconnecting the line for 70% of the occasions and for the remaining 29% kept on giving false commitments. And to the heights of my shock they cant even speak proper english. All the managers in the customer care department are most of the time in lunch or dinner or not to be found when required. And to tarnish the image of airtel (whom i always advocated in the past to be the best) the cust care rep says that their system is down/slow or there is shortage of HD boxes (Crap!!!).
I am sorry my Mr. Sunil Bharati, but your DTH team needs some correction. They are pathetic and utterly unprofessional. And i am really having a tough time.
Please do look at the matter and get my installation done.
