I had complaint about dth services not working on5th sep 2010 sent amassage contact our engineer no given no was switcched off registered complain again same thing happened again on 9th sep aftr lot of chasing person came and saidtop up box has to be changed iagreed for the same but he said he will come tomorrow but you again log the complaintidid the same but no one came next day i informed them dis connect and refund balance money they said we will not refund any money iasked them then why should i return your equipmentthey said we will keep on charging you

1 why they should not return our unused money

2 why penalty should not be levied on them for wasting time and energy of consumers
