Services Not Activated.

Dear Sir,

I have purchased a LCD TV from Croma store in Crown plaza authorised dealer of comapny from Faridabad (Haryana), and i have got free airtel DTH HD along with it. Dealer Installed setup box and dish after 5 days of purchase and it is still not activated even as per dealer instructions I also get recharged my airtel DTH with Rs 750 but the DTH services are still not activated. For the same I also request Coustomer care to active my services and he assured me that the servies will be activated with in one hour but it was't activated. I am very upset and feels that i am got chaeted from the airtel dth. as my uncle purchased same LCD with same scheme on same date from same dealer he got every thing done on same day.
