AIRTEL/ DTH HD
Given cash but still DTH deveice not found

Sir/Madam

From DTH customer support, i received call for purchase DTH HD connection by Emp. Laxmi at 11/01. 07.00 PM and she said that if you paid by credit card 2190 you get DTH HD connection. Then i replied i have no any credit card. you can collect amount in cash and installed it after cash collection. she said one other person will come in your given address and he receive amount in cash and after 28HRS your DTH HD will installed. Cash collector person comes on next day 12/01, my wife give him 2190 cash and he gives airtel DTH receipt without coustmer ID no BUT

still now i have no any DTH device and no any connection installation found.

Please give me some support to get DTH HD device with installation.
