Not responding the complaints

My complaint is against AIRTEL DTH SERVICE. I am Mayur Ramesh Tupkari customer of this company . customer ID 3000187152 . I was registered the complaint that my DTH SERVICE STOP. There is errer code B0001. Complaint no 3922547 dated 21.09.2010 at 7.30 pm. I was recharge my a/c on same day at 6.00pm.by Rs. 250. voucher no 183650.

But till today 24.09.2010 nobady come to solve the problem. I was contacted thrice on 23.09.2010 on 10.15am, 5.03pm, 6.30pm. on 18001028080 customer care no. they gave me a no of there dealer Mahima enterprises 9004478831. but got no response.

If I paid late company stop my service. Now company is faulty. This is just the harassment and wastage of my money and time on phone calls.
