Replacement of TV Pannel

I have purchased a LG LED TV model No. 42LE5300 on 13.03.2011 through Bajaj Electronics, Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh State. During August I have seen on screen one Horizontal line is appearing on Screen. In this connection I have approached to LG customer care and lorged compliant vide No. RNA 110819071252 on 19.08.2011. Several reminders are made on Local phone No. 404-40033769 & 9642123496 who is incharge Shri. Amarnath. The getting reply is very much poor. I am a customer of LG facing lot of difficulties for watching TV. So I request that early action may please be solicited. and also purchased LG AC so for no service has been done.
