Not activation of IPTV

I have paid the security deposit and three months rental in advance to the representative of the company Aksh Optifibers at Ambala Cantt.for my iptv connection The company has instaslled top box and inspite of calling number of times to activate the connection they are not able to get the iptv connection activastes for the last 10 days.
