I have an MTNL iptv which is in joint with the aksh optifibre. since 2 weeks i am facing a problem that the screen showing "WAITING SIGNAL". I have complained many times on their number 126555, even contacted their senior MR. UMAKANT but till date there is no solution to my complaint.
About 4 days ago I was told my MTNL that Aksh Optifibre had sent them the fax to change the port on that day. I was complaining from so many days but then too the fax was sent after more than a week. They had told the MTNL to chamge some port for my number. I was told that this work takes about 5-6 hours but today its the 5th day and still my connection is not working. In a month if my connection is not active for about 20 days then too i have to pay for the whole month. I was told that some technician from their Prabhadevi head office was to come, but still there is no trace of him. I am just fed up of this service of IPTV. Those all who are consedering of taking this service please don't use it. Its the worst service I have experienced till date.
Government should take action against these type of companies providing such low range services.
