Regarding fraud & cheating in the form of cheap plans

Before few Months, A Sales Representative named Prithviraj from APPCO MARKETING (INDIA) PVT LTD came to my shop regarding BIG TV connection stating that "the company has introduced new package for which you have to pay Rs.1490 as one time charges and Rs.100 as the monthly rent for first three months, thereafter Rs. 135/month in which you will be provided with Recording Facility & Universal Remote through which you won't have to use your T.V. remote" and gave me the broucher with all the details written in it by the sales representative himself.

But till i have not got any such Package said by him nor the people from Appco marketing & Big Tv have have made an attempt to reply or look into the matter.

So i request you to please look into the matter and take needful action against these people and provide justice.
