Installtion not done

I have booked a reliance big tv through a direct marketing agent of appco india

pvt.ltd.before 20 days. but they have never done installtion and give me set-up-box and dish.there costumer care and sales executive have switch off there

phones.i also have forwarded my complaint to reliance big tv customer care

but no action has been taken yet.i dont need big tv now, i want my money back.
