I have applied for Personal loan at A Vijaya Rama Group. From the first step they were saying that there is no need of Guarantor for this load. Firstly they asked to Deposit rs 5000 in their directors account. Then thay demanded DD of Rs 2000 and lastly they told that your loan is passed so send DD for Rs 10000 for processing fees.
Lastly they gave the letter containing requirement of Government Guarantoor. They are not ready to listen anything. I told them that no one told me regarding the requirement for Government Guarentor.
I want my Amount back plus heavy penaulty to these fraud Financers.
