Cheating amount for loan

Hi

GC customer called me daily for asking personal/home loan. they ask me to pay 6000 rupees for processing charges and collect all documents and after collected everything they are not responding anything. then i approach them to the loan.they ask me to write cancel the loan and they told me to refund the money after deduction of 20% and it will take a long time too

For this process it took one year
