I have registers myself with two LIC policies in 2008. I was able to pay premium online. But suddenly in the year 2010 when I logged in to pay premium, I found that the two policies that I have enrolled have disappeared.
I tried to enroll the policy again but getting Error message, saying either you have entered your DOB incorrect or policy premium amount entered is incorrect. I double checked both but found the entries are correct, but site is showing error.
Getting frustrated, I tried to register a fresh. But when entering policy details, then system throws error saying that New user registration is not accepted because policy is already registered. What a stupid site?
I have sent an email to LIC's customer care service during April. There is no response from them even after one year (as on date).
