Really I was most irritated by the service…
I feel very worst for having the SC credit card…
I have kept on following up with you guys for more than 3months for cancelling the Kit worth Rs.4, 499…
But you guys are not cancelling it yet and why I need to pay money for this? I have called you more than 20 times for cancelling the kit and also e-mailed regarding cancellation…
How long I have to wait for You to forward my request to respective department?
I purchased mobile for Rs.10, 000 in EMI at (Universal mobile shop) on 16th of Feb.
And I have paid Rs.2, 166 last month as 1st month EMI payment but I thought you guys are deducting the amount for mobile but you have deducted the amount for that Kit which I have been cancelled..
Why should I pay money for undelivered Kit and all…
I am not going to anything till I get a correct response from you people….
Can I get any higher level escalation contact?
I think I should cascade about the poor service on SC credit card to my TCS corporate team..
I want the reply within 24hours..

I am a Standard Chartered account holder for past 2 years. I applied for credit card recently and I was not told about the deduction for Kit worth rupees 4, 499.
My credit card# is 4622 7153 5062 3982. I called immediately and spoke to Customer care for cancelling the kit and crediting back the amount of 4k to my credit card. I have called almost 3-4 times but have not received resolution for this.
When I called the customer care recently, they are saying that I should pay around 450 as EMI.I am NOT GOING TO PAY this EMI and I dont expect this to be deducted from my Salary account as well.
I am extremely disappointed with the service and I WANT THE KIT TO BE CANCELLED AND THE AMOUNT SHOULD BE CREDITED TO MY CREDIT CARD IMMEDIATELY.
