I will start with company details. This is a company is so called MNC company (don't have any qualities of that). In this company they recruit freshers making them in such a way that saying this is MNC company and showing lot of Clients (Old clients which are no where linked with this company at present) and while recruiting they say like they have very much big team for all different sections which really doesn't contain any proper senior to any of the team. The worst part of this company is they take freshers getting them signed for two Years bond and in that also they put certain condition like should work for 3months FREELY and later 3months for some 6000 only and after that if there is no any project then they give notice period saying your performance is not good even though there is no rule in any MNC company to give notice for freshers within 1yr.and if you are trying to leave within that 2yr again there is condition that for breaking bond you need to pay 75000.
See Engineers this is how So called FUCKING company is treating many brilliant Engineers of India. Still lot of things are there to say about this company in worst part. I have written this blog so that all freshers who are eager of getting should not get affected by this company and rue in your career where you can make best of your knowledge in other best MNC's. Please dont see this people site and clients and join this because whatever clients mentioned are all old clients and they dont have any of those clients and projects now.
At last i can say for all those people who are joining this company is Please dont really ruein your life and your fruitful career from this so called fraud company.
