We had applied for a franchise with them in the name of Anju Gupta and which was approved and a deposit of Rs 50, 000/- was given for that to Liverpool in Dec. However, the franchise did not work out as the shop where the franchise was to be put up had some legal issue. They were suppose to refund the money which they have not done till date even after several communications. Earlier they did not accept that the money has been credited to them and we spend numerous days to get that information from the bank to indicate that the money has indeed gone to their bank account. Since last more than six months they are saying they will refund it but everytime the finance person changes and starts all over again. Kindly help.
