Dear Mam/Sir
My name is Bhavna Sharma and i was working with the given company as HR Recruiter. I have left the company in Month of April. I am staying in pune alone as i am from Jabalpur. I have sign a bond for 2 years and also paying bond amount 500 rs every months. so there was no boundation that i leave the company after 2 years. As per offer letter i had joined the company for recruitment but after 6 months the company owner and AGM Ms. Manisha said to me that i will have to go to for the marketing, that was unfair for being a girl. I have gone in market as well but due to my health i was unable to work. I have informed regarding my health to Ms. Manisha then she scolded to me and said if you will not go to the market then we will not give you salary. They were DEDUCTING PF AMOUNT FROM MY SALARY BUT MY PF ACCOUNT IS NOT OPENED. WHEN I HAVE ASKED FOR PF MONEY THEN THEY HAVE IGNORED ME. Now i am much frustrate because they have not yet given my relieving letter and other dues. Please help me as soon as possible.
