I have a gas connection through M/s. Vir Gas Agency at 8 Ganapathy street, west mambalam, chennai with consumer number 22218. I have booked for a refill on 7th May and till date the cylinder has not been delivered to me. When I spoke to the dealer on 21st May, they informed me that bookings of 4th may were being sent. But after 10 days also the cylinder is yet to be delivered. I had been to the gas agency this morning and they confirmed that it will be delivered today but it has not yet come. I wish to bring to your kind attention that the gas agency is being managed in a very haphazard manner and i am of the opinion that the cylinders are being disposed off to commercial use and hence, there is a shortage of supply to regular household customers. During my stay at the dealer's place, i found that there were many complaints of earlier dates not being delivered but some future date customers getting cylinders.
