Theft of material inside the courie

A courier, docket number 12894479 was sent to Bangalore, JP Nagar. Phase II from Bhilai, on account of rakhee. The receipt of courier in Bangalore confirmed that one of the material inside the courier was missing and was very efficiently theft from the packing. The packing was cut along the sides and pasted which we got to know only after finding the missing material.

Now the courier service, Airstate is not taking responsibility, neither picking the telephone nor tracing the courier in any terms.
