I had complained earlier on behalf of my father regarding not taking booking of gas by Gas Distribution Agency.
My father, Mr Abraham OV is having having a gas connection at Sandhya Flames, Aranmula, his consumer number being 21717.
The agency never takes phone when trying for bhooking They have caller id phone and take phone only from customers with whom they have tie-ups like hotel owners, hospital canteens and other their dear ones.
Their numbers are 0468- 2261232, 2219950, 2214849 and 9447060309
This complaint can be verified by trying to make a call to any of the above numbers.
Both my parents are senior citizens and they find it very much harrassing when they try to book for refilling of a cylinder at this Indane dealer in Pathanamthitta Dist.
It is requested to kindly look into the matter and provide with a permanent solution.
