Non getting recharge amount Rs260

On dated 03/06 i have applied for recharge of my mobile no 8989675242 for Rs260 Rs260=Rs 520/ on line through credit card, but I have get recharge of Rs260/ only, whereas a deduction of Rs 520/ has been made from my credit card. Pl. take suitable so that I could get the balance recharge amount.
