My number is 04142-281511, For the past 4 months have been charged RS-600 for BSNL's Hungama music on demand service. It was activated without my knowledge. Now on seeing this website, i came to know more peoples were affected like me...!I think like 2g scam, a big forgery is done by bsnl higher officals in patnership basis.
Hence please do the needy as quick as possible.
