Internet connection not working properly

I am Umesh Chander, with reference to complaint no:75030 on 18 January for Telephone no.-0161-2310149, filed with BSNL internet complaint service. The Issue we are experiencing with broadband is quite erratic. Broadband stops working daily after 6:00 pm (few days have been an exception). We have called up BSNL complaint no. so many times helping us with no resolution to this problem and in month of may it didn't worked at all.

Often the usage time for people in our family is to work after coming back from college or job and by the time we are back, broadband services are dead for the day on our PC.

BSNL should be answerable to this unwanted technical behavior. We are facing this issue for quite sometime now but their have been no words of responsibility from their side. Though they call us routinely and ask about whether the issue is fixed but no one bothers to fix this issue.

Either they should fix up the issue or pay us back money for the time we have been sufferings because of their wayward attitude.
