The broadband tariff in our number 033-24959841, under the name dr. samir dalapati, gives 2.5 gb free data and night unlimited as the plan is the old BBG FN 500. in this month june of we have used maximum 1 gb data from the 2.5 gb free data. but when i checked the bb usage by sms to 9448077777 or 52295, it replied that total usage on this month is 7226mb till date. which is impossible!! even if the night usage is measured it can't go upto that amount. please look to the matter. otherwise i will no longer use bsnl connection as this is huge dis-satisfaction. solve this problem immediately.
