Non provision broadband connection

I applied for BSNL Broadband connection through online on 19 April and i got the lead id: KABAN19041200016 for future correspondence. as per the application, one guy called me and came to my area. He collected required documents and Rs.600/- also. He told me that within 48 hours i will get an sms on my mobile phone regarding for this and after that the people will come and install the modem. But i didn't get any sms and nobody came to my home to install the modem and do the connection procedure. i'am worried about that am i lose my money or i will get the connection soon.
