I was having a BSNL unlimited Rs 12, 000 per month plan. when i shifted my house i had also applied for shifting of my bsnl phone and broadband connection to my new house. The BSNL people came after 20 days to put the phone and told us that the broadbant person will come after another 10 to 15 days as our request was in waiting but even after a month no one came to install broadband in my house and when we recieved the phone bill from Bsnl we found that the broadband bill was also included. When we go the bill we immediately called up the BSNL regional office and asked them why we had got broadband bill included as it was not even installed, we got the information that it has already been installed as their light in the headquaters was already blinking whereas the link light on my modem was not even lit.
