I have BSNL Land line connection at home.
One fine morning I received my land line bill & found there is a charge from Music on Demand - MOD from BSNL Hungama.
I called up customer care, they took my request & asked me to send an email as I asked them to provide me the call detail between your executive & Divya (My wife).
But as on date I have not received any call detail.
Every time I call, they ask me to send an email. This is for your information that once you send an email, you have to wait for minimum 5 days to get a reply because the TAT (Turn around time) is 48 working hrs, it means 5 days & 3 hrs.
When I asked the customer care executive to transfer the call to his Line Manager, he didn't.
I asked them to deactive the service & they did it on 23rd of Feb. When I asked them through email check since I am not using this service please do not charge any more amount & I am not going to pay anything. For this also there is no reply.
Any one please help me how to file a case in consumer court?
