PF transfer application delay

I have applied for PF transfer from my old company Patni Computers to Honeywell Automation 1 year back.

My PF account number is: MH/18734/33935

I am checking status online for my transaction since last 6 months, but nothing is happening.

I have called on the numbers of Bandra PF office 100s times & when I got connection 3 moths back.

I got answeres that " due to some transition going on, my transaction will be processed in next 3 months".

I waited for next 3 months, finally I called them once again 2 days back. I got similcar answer it will take another 3 months.

I don't know how this people are working, please anyone who has authority can look & take appropriate action against them.
