Delay in getting username and password for new connection

Hallo,

I have applied for BSNL BB on May 20. On 3rd June I got modem but not username and password to configure the BB. They said I shall get it within 1 week. But it is 1 month not getting the username and password, therefore cant use the BB. When I contacted the regional office, they said me they sent all the details to Bangalore as it will be done from Bangalore and cant do anything or just tell me that how much time it will take. I am in total dark now.
