I have taken the BSNL dataone broadband service in the month of april. there after I came to know that it is foolish to use BSNL services. they are very careless and they even not respond for complaints. I am not getting net from 5 days. I have already complained to the local line man. but he is also not taking any action. I am getting an error that numbered 691. so please help me even after reading the complaint. BSNL is having a good network, but why it is not getting popularity is that because of the employees' laziness.
