Dear Sir,
I had logged in to bangaloretelecom.com with my old user id and password. It prompted me to change my password. It took me through the password change portal. I tried changing the password but it said password change failed. Then I tried re-logging with my old password it throw me an error invalid username/password. I tried calling customer care but the they were not able to help me. All I want is to reset my password for user_id: Prateek_wap and send it to my email account registered with www.bangaloretelecom.com
Please help me out.
