In spite repeated phone calls to the BSNL office, I havnt got a favoroble response from the officials regarding the New Connection which i had applied for. Most of the time phone just rings no one picks up the call, even if someone does it, they say that it will take 2 or 3 months to get the connection. I wonder what the senior officials are doing sitting in top position. They dont even care about the customers. I had to cancel my earlier telephone connection just because of the unavailability of proper service from the BSNL personnel.
Now again the same problem, not even bit has been changed. I have no clue what to do regarding this and whom to contact, since there is no way the our parents can communicate to anyone, even in case of emergency, I hope someone will do something about this after reading the every customers complaints.
